From the very beginning, our goal has been to create a company that blends the personal touch of a small business with the powerful advantages of a full-service brokerage. This vision allows us to support both our property owners and tenants with unmatched care and flexibility.
We intentionally avoid the “big box” approach to property management. Instead, we offer a flat fee pricing model that’s transparent and easy to understand. Our full-service management covers every detail, so owners can rest easy and tenants feel right at home.

Tara Racer

Tara Racer is a serial entrepreneur and business advisor who has spent more than four decades building, operating, and advising businesses across a wide range of industries. Having established her first business at just 16 years old, Tara brings a lifetime of practical business experience and a genuine understanding of the opportunities and challenges that come with business ownership.
Her entrepreneurial journey has included wholesale manufacturing, retail, medical billing, accounting, and consulting. With 13 years as Managing Director of a CPA firm and 17 years operating her own accounting and business consulting company, Tara has developed extensive experience in financial management, business operations, and helping owners make informed decisions.
Today, Tara is the owner of Growth Accounting, Inc. and a partner in H-Town Living, LLC, where she brings her financial and operational experience to the property management industry. She believes that successful property management requires more than simply managing properties; it requires understanding the investment, protecting the owner's interests, and building lasting relationships through communication and accountability.
A passionate advocate for small businesses, Tara is also actively involved in mentoring and educating entrepreneurs. Her approach is grounded in a simple belief: business ownership is rarely a straight path, and having knowledgeable, approachable people in your corner can make all the difference.
